The UK provides you with an opportunity to apply your teaching experience to a new environment, which is challenging but at the same time very rewarding. Your UK teaching experience will remain with you throughout your teaching career.

Teaching through The Education Network provides you with the flexibility you need:
Daily Supply
This is the most flexible option, working in a variety of schools on an ad-hoc basis. Daily supply gives you the opportunity to work in various settings enabling you to decide which schools suit your teaching style and ethos.
Short Term Supply
This is an extension of daily supply, with work continuing in the same school fo up to half a term. This option gives greater insight into the roles and responsibilities of permanent staff members.
Long Term Supply
This involves working in a position in excess of half a term. This option involves undertaking the full responsibilities of a permanent member of staff, including curriculum planning and extra-curricular activities.
Permanent Work
This is often offered to teachers and support workers who have been working successfully on a long term supply basis. Alternatively, schools will request The Education Network to recruit permanent staff on their behalf.
Pay
The Education Network offers competitive rates of pay depending on experience and qualifications. All of our candidates are paid on a weekly basis, one week in arrears
Professional Development…
TEN are one of the only teacher recruitment agencies to employ a dedicated Teacher Liasion Officer who is an ex-deputy head teachers with over 30 years teaching experience. All of our teachers are observed in the classroom environment and are provided with any guidance which may be required. Our Teacher Liasion Officer will also provide assistance in the classroom if required and will offer constructive advice to further your professional development.
